Board of Directors

The President in accordance with Article 70 of the Constitution appoints the Chairperson and other members of the Board. Members shall consist of:

• 1. A Chairperson
• 2. The Chief Executive Officer
• 3. A representative not below the rank of Director from the Ministries of Finance and Trade and Industry.
• 4. A representative not below the rank of Director from the Bank of Ghana and the Ghana Export Promotion Authority.
• 5. A representative of recognised major private sector industry associations.
• 6. Two other persons from the private sector one of whom must be a woman.
